I don't pretend to know everything about why extra virgin coconut oil works so great for weight loss, but it does. I have 100's and 100's of clients who swear by it.
It's a healthy fat that usually converts immediately into energy. So, although it is relatively high in calories, you don't have to worry about it converting into body fat.
The average weight loss for my clients is around 5-6 pounds in 11-13 days.
They got that by taking 1 tablespoon of the extra virgin coconut oil 2-3 times a day on an empty stomach (usually). A jar of this will cost you about $13 and last you for about 2 weeks.
